Street art collective UnsavoryAgents is behind the addition of Al Franken's likeness to a film billboard near the 10 Freeway in Palms. The first woman alleged that Franken groped her while they took a photo together at a June 2007 event hosted by the Minnesota Women's Political Caucus.

In the photo, there is no evidence of the groping, but CNN spoke to Kemplin's sister and ex-boyfriend, both of whom said Kemplin had told them about the incident at the time. Leeann Tweeden, a Los Angeles-based news anchor, came forward with the allegations in an op-ed published by KABC radio on Thursday that detailed an encounter with Franken during a tour of the Middle East to entertain USA troops in 2006.

"I want my name associated with my own accomplishments", she told us, "and not publicly linked to a man's bad behavior".

The former elected official tells us that while she's long admired Franken's politics, she chose to talk about the incident to encourage him to accept responsibility for his actions. "It was long enough that he should have known if it was an accident", she said.

As Sen. Franken made clear this week, he takes thousands of photos and has met tens of thousands of people and he has never intentionally engaged in this kind of conduct. Franken has welcomed an ethics investigation of the accusations.
