Gal Gadot threatens to exit 'Wonder Woman' sequel

Gal Gadot to get honored at Palm Springs International Film Festival

Last month she was set to present him with an award at a dinner for the Jewish National Fund however backed out at the last moment.

RatPac-Dune Entertainment, Ratner's production company, helped produce Wonder Woman as part of a co-financing deal with Warner Bros. The superhero film made over US$821 million (AU$1.07 billion), which means Ratner's company took a hefty share of it.

'She is tough and stands by her principles.

Her warning is a serious one hitting Warner Bros where it hurts, their wallets. She also knows that Warner Bros. has to side with her on this issue as it develops.

Ratner has been accused by six women of sexual harassment and misconduct.

Sweden qualify as Italy miss out on FIFA World Cup
The big news from the first leg is that Marco Verratti will miss the second contest after picking up a yellow card in Sweden . Italy are out of the World Cup after tonight's 0-0 draw with Sweden .

Well Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot is certainly listening, with the 32-year-old taking a stand against harassers for women everywhere. Now it appears Warner Bros. will have to cut ties with him once more time if they hope to keep Gadot playing Wonder Woman.

After the LA Times's report on Ratner was published, Warner Bros. announced it was severing ties with him and RatPac-Dune Entertainment, but it's now unclear how that might affect the Wonder Woman sequel, or what kind of deal is already in place. Deadline reports that RatPac Dune has no involvement with the sequel and that any agreement the studio has with Ratner's company will end with the April 20, 2018 release of Rampage.

A rep for Warner Bros said only, "False".

We certainly hope not; we couldn't imagine anyone embodying everything Wonder Woman stands for quiet so perfectly. According to the New York Post, she was making another statement through her action, showing that "she wouldn't allow the female-led "Wonder Woman" franchise to benefit from a man who used his power and influence to sexually harass and abuse women".

It's certainly a news story that makes it clear the Israeli actress was a ideal choice for Diana Prince, as it would suggest she is using her newfound A-list status to actually enforce a change benefitting women in her industry.
