Real Madrid Star Bale Suffers Another Injury Setback

Another injury blow for Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale

Isco has admitted that Gareth Bale is struggling this season after his Real Madrid teammate suffered yet another injury setback.

The club did not specify a timeline for his return, but Marca reported Bale could be out of action until December.

He had returned to training last week and was named in Wales' squad for friendlies against France and Panama.

The Welsh winger has not played since Madrid's 3-1 win at Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on September 26 because of a calf injury.

Madrid's next match is a tough visit to crosstown rival Atletico Madrid on November 18 after the worldwide break.

Sensex sinks 360 points as Saudi purge stokes inflation fears
In terms of the broader markets, the BSE mid-cap closed lower by 0.77 per cent and the small-cap index lost 0.96 per cent. The 30-scrip S&P BSE Sensex closed at 33,314.56 points - up 63.63 points or 0.19 per cent - from Thursday's close.

Bale has scored two goals in five league appearances for Real, who head into the game at Atletico in third position in La Liga, eight points behind league leaders Barcelona after 11 rounds played.

A statement published on realmadrid.com said the 28-year-old had been diagnosed with a fibrillar rupture to the adductor of his left leg.

Just 15 months on from carrying his country to the semi-finals of Euro 2016, Bale also had to watch on in agony from the stands as Wales' attempts to qualify for a first World Cup since 1958 fell short last month.

Real are eight points behind La Liga rivals Barcelona but Zidane is hopeful the possibility of having Bale, Benzema and Ronaldo available after the global break can aid their bid to retain the Spanish title.
