The family owns Avenfield flats- 16, 16-A, 17, 17-A in Park Lane in London.

Pakistan's anti-graft found Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam including her husband Muhammad Safdar guilty in the case, however, the family pleaded not guilty, Reuters reported. The apex court had disqualified Sharif from holding office on July 28.

The application urged the court to delay the indictment until the Supreme Court decides a petition filed by Sharif against the filing of multiple corruption references against him by NAB.

A Pakistan court today indicted ousted PM Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz in a case related to ownership of London flats.

The state minister was speaking during the appearance of Maryam Nawaz in an accountability court where she was indicted along with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in a corruption reference case.

Nawaz Sharif is being represented by his junior counsel Zafir Khan, Zafir was nominated by Nawaz Sharif's legal team as the "pleader" and if the court were to level charges against Nawaz Sharif today, the points would be read out to Zafir Khan.

NFL Draft To Be Hosted At AT&T Stadium
The draft, which was held entirely outside in Philly earlier this year, set attendance records with a reported 250,000 attendees. The television shots from the Parkway were gorgeous and the vibe around the entire event was special.

The Supreme Court had faulted the Sharif family for failing to provide documentation of the money they used to buy their London apartments.

It further argued that the statements given by three witnesses to the JIT had not been made public, hence the indictment of Maryam and Safdar should be postponed.

Maryam said in the court that the charges were unfounded and baseless.

Maryam and Safdar were present in court, but Sharif, who was prime minister twice in the 1990s, sent a representative while he tends to his wife as she undergoes cancer treatment in Britain. Upon his arrival, his vehicle was swarmed by thousands of supporters, in a show of continuing political support for the Sharif family and their political party, PML-N.
