A Utah school's camera captured the emotional moment when an 11-year-old student learned that she was going to be adopted by her foster family. "It's the biggest thing that ever happened to me", said Butterfield who spent the last two years wishing her foster parents could be her forever parents.

Tannah Butterfield, a sixth-grader at American Heritage school in South Jordan, Utah, jumped up and down when the school's office manager told her she's going to be adopted.

"Butterfield said, "My heart was so happy!" It was like, screaming".

Tannah's joy is apparent in the video, where she leaps into Alexander's arms, kicking her legs up and down. Alexander was so touched that she shared the video on social media.

'To tell a little girl that she gets her family forever takes the cake. "I just kissed her up one side and down the other side", Alexander said.

Saudi Arabia has fired many extremist imams: Saudi FM Al Jubeir
President Vladimir Putin , who first invited the king to Moscow more than two years ago, hailed the visit as a "landmark event". The S-400 is a very capable missile-defense system, somewhat comparable to the US's MIM-104 Patriot, according to CSIS.

Jackie Alexander said the moment made her day.

"They're just caring, loving".

Tannah's mom, Jennifer Fisher, is grateful the school security camera recorded the moment. "She simply held me more tightly and more tightly and I exploited that".

And Alexander says she just kept hugging her young friend.

Alexander said the moment was a bright spot on an otherwise somber day - the video took place the day after the mass shooting in Las Vegas. As for the moment when she was able to break the news, she described it as a "sweet reminder... that life can be and still is lovely in spite of it all". "My husband and I had a lot of infertility problems and we had wanted more", she said, continuing, "This kind of fell on our lap".
