At Least Nineteen Killed When Train Collides with Bus in Russian Federation

According to local law enforcement, 19 people have died in a crash after a train hit a bus stuck on a railway in the Vladimir region of Russian Federation.

The ministry said in a statement that according to the Uzbek Embassy in Moscow the accident happened about 4.00 a.m. local time (0100GMT) in the Pokrovsky district.

At least one child was among the dead and at least five injured people were transported to hospital after the accident near the city of Vladimir, around 190 kilometers east of Moscow.

Uzbekistan's foreign ministry said 58 people were on the bus - 56 from Uzebkistan and two Kazakh drivers.
