Emmys 2017: Jackie Hoffman yells 'damn it' after loss to Laura Dern

Sore loser? Actress Jackie Hoffman put on quite the show when she lost to Big Little Lies Laura Dern Sunday night at the 69th Emmy Awards screaming'Dammit to the cameras

But when actress Jackie Hoffman lost at the 69th Primetime Emmy Awards this Sunday night, she did not put on her gracious loser face at all.

When presenters Issa Rae and Riz Ahmed announced Big Little Lies' Dern as the victor, the cameras zoomed in on each of the other nominees, and that's when Hoffman let it rip, yelling, "Damn it, damn it!" in faux outrage.

Check out Hoffman's faux reaction on camera, as well as her tweets below! But Laura Dern is truly awesome, and there's no shame in losing to her.

For those who don't know, Jackie Hoffman is a 56-year-old actress and stand-up comedian.

Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar picked up in extortion case
A similar notice was also put up at Shabnam Guest House located in JJ Marg area, an official said. He was later acquitted in both cases.

While several publications have reported that Hoffman was "not pleased" at losing out, judging by her tweets afterwards it seems that the actress and stand-up comedian was likely joking. But when the winner's name was announced, it wasn't Hoffman's name that was read, but Big Little Lies star Laura Dern's instead. "Forgive me for being from real people #elitism". But don't worry just yet - she's only kidding.

You're always a victor to us, Jackie. Dern is, of course, the daughter of Diane Ladd and Bruce Dern.

Hoffman adds that Colbert himself congratulated her personally and loved her response.

She then turned to Twitter to share some salacious rumors she had heard about six-time nominee Dern, including tales of exploitation and art looting.
