Vince Wilfork

Wilfork was selected by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2004 NFL Draft and most recently played for the Houston Texans.

Over his 11 seasons here, Wilfork had 355 tackles, 5 forced fumbles, 12 fumble recoveries, 16 sacks, and 3 memorable interceptions.

In the fourth game of the 2013 season, in Atlanta, Wilfork suffered the only major injury of his career, a ruptured Achilles. He struggled to get off the field as one Patriots player after another came to wish him well.

Wilfork played 13 seasons in the National Football League, his last two with the Texans, who declined to offer him a new contract heading into the 2017 season.
