Hearthstone's Kobolds & Catacombs Release Date Revealed

Hearthstone's “Kobolds and Catacombs” expansion has a release date

We spoke to game designer Peter Whalen and art director Ben Thompson about the expansion, its best cards, and Hearthstone's plans for the future. During the convention Blizzard held their "Hearthstone: What's Next" presentation that showed off a multitude of new cards, mechanics, and a new single player mode for the game. In this mode players will face a boss and if they manage to defeat it they will be able to add cards to their hands. It's very different from "I don't have a card I can add to my deck now and make a certain deck type". Coming with the launch of Kobolds & Catacombs, Dungeon Runs will send Hearthstone players on challenging, high-stakes subterranean adventures inspired by the classic fantasy dungeon crawl.

Earlier this month Blizzard revealed a brand new expansion for Hearthstone titled Kobolds & Catacombs, and while we got our first look then, we had no idea when it would be available to players. For those looking to purchase the expansion pack before December 8, they can pre purchase it within a 50 pack bundle for $49.99 on Battle.net or Blizzard's game shop. In addition, players can score three more card packs by completing three "sequential one-time Dungeon Run quests".

Hearthstone's "Kobolds and Catacombs" release date announcement means that in less than two weeks we'll have 135 new cards to play with.

2.7m riders and drivers affected in the UK
A spokesman for Uber told the BBC the firm is not able to clarify how many United Kingdom drivers are included in the 2.7 million. Violations carry fines of up to US$2,000, and Ferguson said each day Uber failed to notify each customer constitutes a violation.

As a bonus for logging in when the new expansion drops players can earn one random legendary weapon and three Kobolds & Catacombs card packs for free.

Hearthstone: Kobolds & Catacombs is scheduled to launch December 7, 2017.
