Kim Kardashian Gets Candid on Surrogacy Experience: It's 'So Much Harder'

Jimmy Kimmel roasted by mean tweets for his birthday -- including one from Kanye West

The bit, a variation on Kimmel's popular Mean Tweets segment where celebrities read the bad things Twitter users post about them online, also including a guest appearance from Kim Kardashian West, who read a tweet written by her husband, Kanye West.

The "Selfish" author's unnamed surrogate is due in January. "So, it's definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area".

"My team's kind of like, you know, I think you should just take some time off and just focus on beauty, and I had this app that I've been working on, a fashion work for over a year", she says about her latest venture.

Kim Kardashian wants to be clear that surrogacy is not the easy way out. I thought this was going to be so easy, but you know, even in how much I hated it, if I could do it myself I would have preferred that.

A source said recently: "It's so weird - Kim can't believe it. Kim had a week of feeling so tired, just like when she was pregnant with North and Saint".

Kim recently turned her Los Angeles mansion into a "cherry blossom forest" for her baby shower.

Speaking on Entertainment Tonight, Kim said: "You know, it is really different".

Kardashian West noted that while her first two pregnancies were physically hard, this one has been mentally challenging.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's little girl North, four, has been tuning into tutorials and videos on the video sharing site and now she wants to follow suit. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control. According to the American Pregnancy Association, this is a condition in which the placenta attaches too deep in the uterine wall, making it hard to detach and remove during birth.

However, North's father Kanye West isn't keen on the idea and Kim admits she is anxious about her daughter is being "exposed" on social media because of the rise of this platform. "I mean, I don't know if they don't feel it as much because they don't see my big belly and probably hear me complaining every two seconds". This led her to enlist the help of a surrogate to expand her family.
