Kevin Spacey Being Removed From Upcoming Film

In a shocking move, Sony Pictures is not only keeping the December release date for Ridley Scott's awards-hopeful drama All the Money in the World, they're cutting Kevin Spacey out of the film altogether and replacing him with another actor.

"We have also decided we will not be moving forward with the release of the film "Gore", which was in post-production, starring and produced by Kevin Spacey." the statement concludes.

The surprising part of the recast is that Scott wants to keep the December 22 released date.

The film itself follows the events surrounding the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III, which also stars Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams. The decision was made by director Ridley Scott, along with Imperative Entertainment's Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas.

The disgraced Oscar-winner's scenes as plutocrat Getty in the movie, titled All The Money In The World, will now be shelved, with Canadian actor Christopher Plummer signed on to play the role in a series of hasty reshoots. The actor, who is facing serious accusations of sexual misconduct, has a notable role in the film, and his involvement has already seen Sony tone down its Oscar promotion for the movie.

European Commission raises GDP growth forecasts
As a result United Kingdom economic growth is seen slowing to 1.3% in 2018 before slumping to 1.1% in the year of Brexit. The country with the lowest growth rate this year will be Italy - 1.5 percent - ahead of an uncertain electoral year.

Since then several others have come forward accusing him of predatory behaviour, including a woman who said Spacey had sexually assaulted her 18-year-old son last year. One challenge for such VFX work is that many of Spacey's scenes were shot in different locations.

Former television news anchor Heather Unruh said that her son did not report the crime at the time, largely out of embarrassment and fear, The Independent wrote.

Broadway star Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of attempting to molest him when he was a teenager at a party in the 1980s.

Spacey was earlier removed from popular show "House of Cards".

A lawyer for Spacey did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment Wednesday.
