Liverpool Deny Claims Philippe Coutinho Has Submitted Transfer Request

Liverpool's owners have shut down Barcelona's pursuit of Philippe Coutinho by stating "no offers will be considered" and he will remain a Liverpool player when the window closes.

Fenway Sports Group, Liverpool's owners, have issued a robust statement in an attempt to finally end speculation on Philippe Coutinho's future.

Barcelona have reportedly seen two bids for the 25-year-old rejected and certain outlets had claimed that the La Liga outfit had already planned an unveiling ceremony for Coutinho.
