Body Found In Freezer

Police: Body found in freezer in Campbell, 2 arrested

Police have arrested two people after a body was found stuffed in a freezer at a home near Youngstown in northeastern Ohio.

Novoa had asked to store his freezer in the basement of his landlord Kenny Eshenbaugh, claiming his power had been cut and that he didn't want "his freezer full of meat to spoil".

The Campbell homeowners who took the freezer into their possession say they have been friends with Novoa for five years and are "shocked".

Each is jailed on corpse-abuse charges and had bond set at $1 million. Another suspect, Katrina Layton, 34, was charged with abuse of a corpse and obstruction of justice.

Layton then took on Graves' identity by using the dead woman's credit cards and cell phone, driving her auto and caring for her dog.

Graves' sister, Debbie, said Graves dated Novoa and lived with him in a flat in Youngstown's west side.

Blair Must Face Justice to Prevent Another Iraq
Former British prime minister Tony Blair argued the case for the 2003 invasion of Iraq in support of then U.S. president George W. The ruling follows the publication a year ago of the UK's official Iraq War, led by Sir John Chilcot.

The 28-year-old woman was last seen in mid-February and was added to the Ohio Attorney General's Missing Persons' website earlier this month after concerns about her well-being.

"Basically, Miss Layton moved in with Mr. Novoa and started living her life", Dana Lantz, the prosecutor, said in a telephone interview. The friend became suspicious, discovered the remains and called authorities.

"She was the new girlfriend", Lantz told Buzzfeed.

Authorities said no murder charges have been filed because a cause of death has not yet been determined.

Police were immediately alerted and recovered the frozen remains, kept in "more than one bag", according to the complaint. So far investigators have not identified the body.

Bobovnik said the body appears to be a female, and it's been taken to the Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office for forensic examination.
