OH man charged in 2 killings is charged in 3 more slayings

Police in North Royalton Ohio at the scene of a triple homicide Monday

After allegedly killing a mother and her two daughters in a North Royalton home, police believe 45-year-old George Brinkman Jr. murdered a Lake Township couple he'd been house-sitting for, per the Canton Repository.

ABC News reported that, according to the North Royalton Police Department in OH, the bodies of Taylor and her two daughters were discovered this past weekend.

Police say it appears all three of the women suffered gunshot wounds.

George Brinkman, Jr. was charged Wednesday with three counts of aggravated murder, three counts of kidnapping and one count of tampering with evidence by the North Royalton Police Department.

Brinkman was taken into custody by Brunswick police at 5:24 a.m. Tuesday after about a nine-hour standoff at a home on Valley Forge Drive.

The organization's primary focus was on the baby foods because of how detrimental lead can be to child development. Children are consuming more lead than is healthy, a new study by an environmental watchdog warns.

On Tuesday morning, officers from the Stark County Sheriff's Office announced that Brinkman is also a suspect in the deaths of a married couple found dead on Monday by the police. Brinkman was charged Tuesday with the murders of 71-year-old Rogell Eugene John and 64-year-old Roberta Ray John. Police say they'd been shot to death.

The deaths of the couple came after the deaths in North Royalton, Maier determined. He says authorities are trying to figure out a connection between Brinkman and the mother and daughters.

Brinkman had dated the John's daughter and also worked for Rogell John. Maier said at the news conference that the Johns had returned just the day before from a vacation. Although he is the primary suspect in the murders of Suzanne Taylor, Taylor Pifer, and Kylie Pifer, he has not been charged in connection with their deaths at this time.

Sonya Pifer, who told WOIO she is the stepmother of the two younger victims, said they were college students and had been estranged from their father since they became adults. Taylor Pifer was a fashion design student at Kent State, and Kylie was a biology student at Bowling Green State.

Brinkman's criminal history includes misdemeanor convictions for passing bad checks, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, records show.
